100x Apprentice ยท
Before we start: your consent
Apprentice learns how you do your work so your know-how is kept when people are away or move on. Here is exactly what it does.
What is captured
- The pages you open on approved work sites only (address without query strings)
- What you click (button and link names)
- The labels of the fields you fill in, with values masked on your computer before anything is sent (emails, phone numbers, card numbers, IBANs and Emirates IDs become placeholders)
- Your voice, only in Teach mode while you explain a task out loud
Never captured
- Passwords, one-time codes and card fields (never read at all)
- Private / incognito windows
- Any site outside your workspace's approved list
- Anything while recording is off or paused
You are in control
- An orange REC badge and an on-page "Apprentice recording" bar are always visible while capturing
- Press Pause at any time: capture stops immediately
